once again captured a u.s. spy drone but this time the u.s. navy insists no drones in the region are missing right now. the iranians say the scan eagle drone as they call it flu flew into its airspace. iranians claim this is the video evidence. they reveal how they quote the video or captured the drone. iranian regime made similar claims regarding the stealth zone still unclear when it captured it or crash landed on iranian territory. either way the new drone is said to be far less sophisticated. the pentagon points out several countries used the scan eagle so theoretically it could be almost anybody's. david lee miller is live in jerusalem. david lee? >> that's right, shepard, the u.s. navy says two of iran's neighbors the uae the united arab emirates as well as kuwait have scan eagle drones. it's very possible the drone that iran is claiming to have in its possession could have come from somewhere in the neighborhood. so, as of now at this hour, there is still a mystery as to where this drone came from. the u.s. says that all its drones in the region have been accounted for. in

doesn't happen to be one of the u.s. military's. the u.s. navy claims that all its scan eagle drones have been accounted for. the iranians have said they captured the drone, they claim, by taking it over electronically as it was flying over u.s. air space. now, the problem with this is that scan eagle drones are pretty common in that region. when it comes to technology, they're at the very low end of the scale. they're readily available to almost every government in the region. many gulf states have them. intelligence indicates that the iranians either stole or perhaps bought this from under the table from some gulf state nation. but it doesn't appear that according to the u.s. navy, anyway, that there's any truth to the claims that the iranians actually seized a u.s. navy drone. >> all right, jim. thanks very much. >> we want to get to mary thompson. we have more breaking news right now on the arrest of a trader. mary. >> hey there, bill. this is about a securities trader, david miller. he's been arrested for wire fraud and charged with wire fraud by the connecticut u.s. attorney. i

there were two people protecting the ambassador. they were navy seals but they were in the country for a different reason. i think it is appropriate the people associated with this resign and even, you know, in the report they claim -- they put some of the blame on the ambassador for not asking enough. but we know he did ask clearly for more protection and expressed a lot of concerns about what was going on on the ground. in terms of hillary clinton, you know, it's perfectly plausible this did not reach her level. she is the secretary of state. i don't know this kind of request would make it all the way up to her. but she should still testify and give her perspective on that. megyn: she can say that, it was boswell and lamb if that's how it was. megyn: no american official was found guilty of neglect or dereliction of duty. how can you get to no one is guilty of any neglect in this situation? >> it's incredible. it doesn't single out a single person for blame here and it doesn't identify any disciplinary action to be taken either. if everybody is responsible as this report seems to
